Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the rights of others’ intellectual property just as we expect others to respect ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from infringement claims under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To submit a good faith infringement claim, you must provide us with specific information.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with enough information to allow us to locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) allows for civil damages against those who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent via our Contact page through email for faster processing.

In submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification that includes:

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the material taken down and its original location;
  3. A statement that the takedown was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the court.

Submit your counter notice via our Contact page, preferably through email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to a repeat infringer policy under the DMCA, where we track and terminate accounts of individuals who violate copyright laws multiple times.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back periodically for any revisions.
